Ministry Pass provides an online resource library for pastors of small churches.
To make it easier to quickly develop new offerings, we moved off of WordPress.
So, I was given the opportunity to redesign the entire web application from top to bottom.
Make it easier to find resources.
Offer more value per resource.
Integrate four new types of resources.
Redesigning the entire application meant I needed a deep understanding of the content. It also meant creating mobile, tablet, and desktop templates for all the major screens.

Since the product is the deliverable, I helped guide implementation, working closely with the business and engineering directors to negotiate trade-offs and make updates as needed.
